Новости читать на 30 июня 2023 - UzarovAidex - 06-30-2023 Инспектор ДПС из Краснодара предстанет перед судом по обвинению в пяти эпизодах получения взяток и в четырех эпизодах служебного подлога. Об этом «Ленте.ру» сообщили в управлении Следственного комитета России по Краснодарскому краю. Вместе с ним по делу проходит его посредник. Фигуранты полностью признали вину. По данным следствия, с марта по май 2022 года инспектор во время дежурства регулярно собирал взятки в размере от 30 до 100 тысяч рублей с водителей большегрузов. За это он обещал не привлекать их к административной ответственности. К примеру, так он поступал с теми, от кого чувствовал запах алкоголя. Для получения взяток фигурант вовлекал в качестве посредника своего знакомого, который вместе с автомобилистами ездил к банкомату, забирал деньги и передавал сотруднику полиции. После этого инспектор иногда все равно составлял административные протоколы, но по другой статье, которая не предполагает лишения прав. Посреднику также предъявили обвинение по статье 291.1 УК РФ («Посредничество во взяточничестве»). Теперь ему грозит лишение свободы от трех до семи лет. Они выяснили, что пользователи тратят от 10 до 20 процентов времени работы с компьютером на исправление сбоев, поломок или неправильно работающих программ. Результаты исследования опубликованы в журнале ACM Transactions on Computer-Human Interaction. В исследовании приняли участие 234 респондента, включая студентов, бухгалтеров, консультантов или работников ИТ-индустрии, которые проводили от шести до восьми часов за компьютером во время работы. Они сообщали о ситуациях, когда компьютер не работал должным образом или нельзя было выполнить какую-либо задачу. Среди наиболее частых проблем было медленная работа системы, зависание, сбои или затруднения с поиском файлов или программ. Несмотря на то что эпизоды сбоев были короче по длительности по сравнению с тем, что были более 10 лет назад, средний уровень фрустрации пользователя, столкнувшегося с неожиданной проблемой, оказался высоким (7 по 9-балльной шкале). Уровень фрустрации коррелировал с важностью задачи и потерянным временем, но не зависел от опыта работы с компьютером и практически не зависел от характеристик самого компьютера.
