Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov said Washington grudgingly recognizes the professionalism of the Russian government, which has managed to stabilize the banking sector and set up production in the face of sanctions. He wrote this in an article for Kommersant.
"In the United States, although reluctantly, they recognize the high professionalism of the Russian government and financial regulators who managed to stabilize the banking sector and the currency sphere and promptly set up their own production in places where a vacuum was formed due to the forced departure of Western companies," Antonov stated.

"I hope Republicans in the House are ashamed of what was done to undermine the credibility of our police officers," the politician wrote.
He also expressed support for Capitol Police amid a Fox News Channel piece about the storming of Congress, recalling that more than 140 officers were injured at the time. "How can anyone dare deny or question what they went through?" - the American leader wondered.
