The United States will consider a military scenario against Iran in the event of a failure of negotiations on the restoration of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). "There are other tools, sanctions pressure. And, yes, the President [of the United States Joe Biden] said that if all other means did not work, then as a last resort he would clearly consider a military option. At the same time, Malley noted that diplomacy is the preferred way to restore the nuclear deal. However, according to the American diplomat, there has been "no movement in the negotiations with Iran for two months."
